Refund policy

Every Portoluce formula is made fresh to order. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened products.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Email hello@portoluce.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. You don't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once your order is in production, it can't be cancelled.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
